How to Talk to Young People about Suicide Webinar

Suicide is the second leading cause of death among young people ages 10 to 19. Talking to youth and young adults about suicide can prevent many of these tragedies. Join us on Monday, December 13^th at 3:00 for a webinar with Dr. John Ackerman and Melanie Fluellen, LPCC-S, from Nationwide Children’s Hospital. These presenters will share strategies for talking about suicide with young people of different ages as well as data trends and risk factors associated with the pandemic and a variety of suicide prevention resources.

Registration is $25 per person and will be billed by email. Continuing education will be provided for prevention, addiction counseling, social work, and marriage and family counseling.
